Refund policy

 We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
When you received parcel make a opening vidoe &  inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchange product will be deliver to the customer in 3 - 4 working days


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return/Refund Policy: 

  • We are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will take back the product. We have a generous 7-day no-questions-asked return policy.

  • Please allow 2-3 business days after the product is received back to our warehouse in indore for processing of payment.

  • For claiming the wrong product / different product / damaged product / defective product, the customer needs to provide an unboxing video of the received package covering all sides of the outer packaging and inner items in a single frame (without any cuts or joints in the video). Shipping labels and other details must be clearly visible in the video. 

Cancellation Policy: 

  • NAVGYA allows you to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order kindly once check the terms of the cancellation.
  • If you wish to cancel the order kindly ensure that you cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order.
  • Order once moved to shipped, it can not be canceled.
  • In case you cancel your order before the order is shipped – you will be issued a refund within 7 days of the cancellation order. If you do not get your amount within 7 days of cancellation you can contact +91- 6266255591

Exchange Policy:

  • Loved the product but want a different color, pattern, size? We are happy to exchange it as long as it meets the conditions.
  • NAVGYA gives no question asked 7 days exchange policy. Customers can exchange any product available on the website with a high or low amount. 
  • In the case of higher products in exchange, customers have to pay the difference amount online. COD is not available for the exchange request.
  • Else in case of a lower amount, the difference amount will be paid to the customer.
  • For exchange, customers have to raise exchange requests within 7 days of delivery support@navgya.com.
  • In case of an exchange, customers need to contact +91-6266255591
  • We may ask you to send the real image of the received product for quality checking of the product.
  • No exchange/returns for customized / custom size / standard size stitched orders.
  • With regards to international orders(delivered outside India), presently we do not have a policy on accepting the exchange of any product.

Color and Description Discrepancy 

The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details, and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order on NAVGYA believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.

Embellishment related Issues

Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequences usually has the tendency to come off.  Even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical transit, some of them may come loose, hence if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue.
