Where is my order? Why hasn’t it reached me yet when I ordered it more than 5 days ago?
All orders require about 1 -2 days of processing in house before they are shipped. Once shipped, you will be notified and provided with an Order Tracking link as well as an individual AWB number that you have to punch in to access your exact order status and details.
